Brush the garlic and lemon-covered surface all over with plenty of extra virgin olive oil, using a pastry brush. Place a dry frying pan over medium-high heat. Place the bread in the pan, with the extra virgin olive oil covered side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the surface becomes golden. Cut into strips and serve immediately.
