Oil a 23cm square cake pan and line the base with baking paper. Combine juice, milk and oil in a bowl or jug and stand aside. Beat the eggs, sugar and rind in a medium bowl with electric beaters until very thick and creamy and sugar has dissolved. Stir in flour then stir in juice a third at a time. Pour mixture into a prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked when tested. Stand in the pan for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool.
