Move them around over the heat until they are lightly toasted. Remove from heat. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend well. To serve, mix through freshly drained pasta and serve immediately. Pesto also makes a great sauce to serve on top of fish or to marinate meats before cooking. Variations: add some sundried tomatoes, anchovies or olives to give the sauce a different flavour.
