Remove the olive seeds and place in a bowl. Chop the cherry tomatoes in half add to the bowl. Pour two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over the tomatoes and olives. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the vinegar. Remove leaves from the fresh herbs and tear into the bowl. Toss the ingredients together. Serve as a side dish.
