2-4 tablespoons hummus or tzatziki (you can purchase these or make your own)
Tzatziki
Half cup low fat Greek yoghurt
Half medium cucumber grated
1 small garlic clove
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried mint or fresh from the garden
Salt to taste

Cut all the vegetable into sticks
Tzatziki
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl together.
Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
