Add cumin seeds and let them pop. Add onion and green chilli. Sauté for 2 minutes until onion softens. Stir in potato and cauliflower. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add turmeric, ground coriander, and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook for 12 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Make sure potato is cooked and soft. Stir in tomato and garam masala. Cook uncovered for another 3 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with roti or wholemeal wrap and Greek yoghurt.
