(If you use quick oats then it will cook more quickly). Stir in cinnamon and honey. Spoon oats into bowls, top with yoghurt, banana, berries, and sprinkle of nuts and seeds. Drizzle a tiny bit of peanut butter or almond butter (if you like) on the oats for extra richness. Healthy tip: Seeds such as sunflower seeds are a cost effective and delicious way to add protein and good fats to your meals.
