Lightly toast if you like them crispy. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of each baguette. Add the grilled chicken to the bread (lightly warm up in the microwave or quick fry) Top with grated carrot, cucumber slices, coriander leaves, and soy sauce. Serve and enjoy!
