Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large sheet pain with baking paper.
Toss potatoes and all other vegetables that you’ve selected with olive oil, salt and pepper, and arrange on the sheet pan.
In a bowl mix together garlic, paprika, lemon juice and olive oil. If you like some heat, add Sriracha and brush onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
Move veggies to one side and arrange the salmon fillets on the pan.
Cook until salmon is cooked through and flaky and veggies are (about 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through).
