Health liver daily menu
Here are some ideas for foods you can eat through the day for fatty liver disease.
Breakfast
½ cup Greek Yoghurt, handful of walnuts & handful of blueberries
Mid-morning snack
Celery sticks/apple slices with almond butter
Lunch
Salad of four-bean mix, leafy greens, cherry tomatoes and drizzled olive oil with lemon juice. Optional: Add 1 x wholemeal roll (no butter).
Dinner
Grilled salmon with steamed broccoli, sweet potato and beans and a serve of leafy greens
